About Me

I am a Somatica trained sex and relationship coach. Throughout my life, my friends were always coming to me to talk about their sexual experiences because it was such a comfortable topic for me. Many of them suggested I become a coach, which inspired me on my journey to becoming a coach.

The process of finding out who I was and what I wanted in the realm of sex and relationships took a lot of self-exploration and practice. Through the Somatica training I became empowered to voice those desires as well as my boundaries. I believe having an open line of communication, confidence in yourself, and knowing your own body, will lead to you having the best relationships in life.

As a coach, I help women and couples enhance their sex life, explore their sexuality, find that empowered voice, and have fulfilling relationships. I want my clients to be able to talk openly about sex, face any struggles head on, and reveal their core desires without shame.
